Elizabeth M. Annand, MS, Permitting Specialist  

Elizabeth Annand joined Fort Point Associates, Inc. as a Permitting Specialist in 2024. Elizabeth has 28 years of experience in environmental assessment, permitting, and compliance. She has both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in Wildlife Biology with a focus on managing plants and animals in combination with other resource demands, such as transportation, energy, and utilities. She prepares permit applications pursuant to federal and state rules and regulations protecting natural resources. She also prepares compliance documents pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Endangered Species Act (ESA) Section 7. Projects include renewable and traditional energy facilities, utility transmission, communications, transportation, and residential and commercial development.

Elizabeth has worked for other environmental consulting firms where she specialized in natural resource management for an array of project types throughout the US; project types have included wind energy, recreation, transportation, and forest products. She has also held positions with state and federal agencies as a wildlife biologist.
