Lisa Carrozza, Senior Permitting/Project Manager

Lisa Carrozza rejoined Fort Point Associates, Inc. in 2024, bringing more than 35 years of project management experience in federal, state, and local permitting. Ms. Carrozza is skilled in resolving impact assessment and permitting issues associated with wetland resources and land use, from the early identification of critical issues to the proper mitigation of impacts during construction.

With a civil design background, Ms. Carrozza has a unique ability to identify and incorporate design features that minimize impacts to protected resources and reduce the number/scope of approvals. She has successfully prepared inland and coastal applications throughout Massachusetts. She has also developed and executed permit strategies for a variety of projects, including transportation; infrastructure; dredging; shoreline stabilization; on-shore wind cable routing analyses; waste water treatment and power plant upgrades; battery energy storage; solar; and commercial developments.

Ms. Carrozza offers clients a unique permitting perspective, having served on design and construction teams, as well her local conservation commission for over 30 years. A Certified Erosion, Sediment and Stormwater Inspector, she has also developed and delivered training programs for the Massachusetts Association of Conservation Commissions and numerous contractors. She has extensive field experience performing erosion prevention and sediment control compliance inspections. Ms. Carrozza holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute.
