FPA was retained by Trinity Financial to manage the environmental review and permitting processes for a mixed-use, transit-oriented residential and commercial development in the Ashmont neighborhood of Boston. Working closely with agency officials and community stakeholders, FPA prepared documentation for review by the Boston Planning & Development Agency under Article 80B of the Boston Zoning Code, the Boston Civic Design Commission, and further documentation for review by the Boston Landmarks Commission, the Massachusetts Historical Commission, and the Boston Public Improvement Commission. Located directly opposite the newly constructed MBTA Ashmont Station, Treadmark enlivens the existing streetscape and drives continued success and reinvestment in the area.
