Salem Municipal Harbor Plan

FPA prepared an update and renewal of the City of Salem's 2000 Municipal Harbor Plan. This necessitated a comprehensive analysis of the previous Municipal Harbor Plan, development of recommendations to update the existing plan, preparation of a draft report, facilitation of the approval process, and preparation of a final approved plan. FPA resolved a number of technical regulatory issues related to Chapter 91 and the subset of DPA regulations. The extensive public process for the plan's approval included individual stakeholder interviews, public meetings, and briefings of public officials and agencies. The updated plan was completed in spring 2008.
