Beverly Lynch Park Resilience Plan

FPA helped the City of Beverly secure a $420k grant from the Massachusetts Office of Coastal Zone Management (CZM) under the FY24 Coastal Resilience Grant Program to protect Lynch Park, a 16-acre coastal park with two beaches, a historic carriage house, and a formal rose garden. Our team was responsible for seawall evaluation, stormwater planning and analysis, and the creation of a community vision to adapt vulnerable, low-lying recreational areas of the park into resilient community and natural spaces.
