Located along the East Boston waterfront, this project required thoughtful and creative planning to highlight the evolving waterfront along this part of Boston Harbor. As environmental consultant, FPA has developed a proactive strategy for the acquisition of all federal, state, and local regulatory approvals, including Chapter 91 licensing and local zoning. The current development plan consists of 119 residential units, a bed and breakfast, a marina, and ample public open space, including a Harborwalk. This project requires close coordination with the East Boston community and the state and local regulatory agencies.
