Judith T. Kohn, RLA, Vice President

Judith Kohn has over 30 years of diverse experience in real estate development, landscape architecture, and environmental consulting. Ms. Kohn is a Registered Landscape Architect, licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and has a strong command of the local, state and federal permits and approvals process. As a Vice President of FPA, she oversees multidisciplinary project teams of architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and specialized services and prepares complex permit applications for mixed use, residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional development projects. Ms. Kohn is recognized for her exceptional problem solving and logistical planning skills, as well as her sensitivity to aesthetics in land planning and sustainable development projects.

Prior to joining FPA, Ms. Kohn had worked with several firms in the Commonwealth in both the design and management of commercial and residential development projects, specializing in leading large scale regulatory review and permitting efforts, environmental compliance, local zoning regulations and community engagement. She formerly acted as Directory of Land and Regulatory Entitlements for the largest landholder in the Commonwealth, and oversaw all environmental planning aspects of the Devens Reuse Plan as a member of the Real Estate Development staff of the MassDevelopment Finance Agency. Ms. Kohn holds a Bachelor of Science in - Ornamental Horticulture from Delaware Valley College and Master of Landscape Architecture from Cornell University.
